After many years of caring for our patients, Dr. Daniel Guerra will be leaving our practice on May 31, 2025. We thank him for over 40 years of dedicated service to Family Physicians Clinic & Valley Night Clinic and wish him the best!
Family Physicians Clinic opened its doors in 1967, and Valley Night Clinic opened its doors in 1982. We continue to see our patients from the same location where we started so many years ago. Although our founders are no longer a part of our practice, their legacy continues to guide and inspire us to continue to offer the best service to our community, while remaining independently and locally owned by the doctors you see daily.
